bill will be sent out to you when you application is
accepted. Please make payment to the designated account

Fee |
Should
you wish to cancel your application due to unavoidable
reasons, please request the organizer to approve the
cancellation with a written document. We will not refund
any participation fee which has been paid in regardless
of reasons. |
