4. Participation expense

This participation expense includes the cost for: Standard= 1 table, 2 chairs and a carpeted floor, Half =Half table, 1chairs and a carpeted floor. We require the participants to bear the cost of power source, decoration materials and other items which you may require.

5. Application
*Method*
Please fill out the application form and send it to the organizer.
*Approval*
The application will come into effect from the date the organizer receives the filled out application form. Please note that the application could be declined when the organizer decides it unsuitable.

6. Cancellation of application
If you wish to cancel your application due to unavoidable reasons, please notify the organizer in writing. In such case, regardless of reason, the organizer will not make any refund of participation expense already paid in.

7. Position of each booth
The organizer will arbitrarily decide the position of participants' booths.

8. Prohibition of subletting and subleasing
The participants are prohibited from subletting, subleasing, reselling, exchanging or transferring their allocated booth space without the consent of the organizer.

9. Carrying in / carrying out of products
* The organizer will let you know at a later date of the period in which you could carry in / carry out your products to and from the exhibition site.
*Please follow the rules set by the organizer when carrying in/ carrying out products during the exhibition period.
* Please set up and decorate the booth and display the products within the time designated by the organizer.
* Please remove all the products by the date decided by the organizer. After this date, all remaining products will be removed by the organizer at the expense of the participants. Furthermore, if used decorating materials and other items are left behind, the participants are to bear the cost of disposal.

10.Products and advertisement
If you wish to hand out leaflets and catalogues to visitors, please do so inside your booth. However, there will also be a special area for displaying printed materials and placing handouts for those who require.
Please refrain from the following PR activities:
*advertisement of non-applicants
*advertisement of affiliated companies
*advertisement of products unrelated to the exhibition

11.Printed materials
All copyrights of printed materials related to th ORGANIC FESTA in Tokyo 2006 will be held by the organizer.

12.Compensation
If the participant or participant's agent harm other people, other participant's booth, organizer's equipment or the equipment of the site, the participant will be held responsible for all compensation. If due to unavoidable reason, the exhibition schedule is altered or cancelled, the organizer will not compensate for any cost occurred to the participants up until then.

13.Cancellation of the exhibition
If the exhibition is cancelled due to unavoidable reason, the organizer will refund the participation expense.

14. Product management and exemption from responsibility
During the period from setting up to withdrawal, the organizer will make a contract with a security company to manage the exhibition site. However, we will not owe any responsibility for theft and damage of products.

15.Others
* Each participant is to take responsibility of cleaning and managing its own booth.
* Each participant is to permit taking photographs and drawing sketches of its booth at his/her own discretion.
* If there is a violation of the rules set by the organizer, the participants could be asked to leave the site. In such case, the organizer will not refund the participation expenses and will not compensate for any cost incurred to the participants up until then.
* All act of action arising from trouble between the organizer, participants, visitors and others will be arbitrated under the law of the organizer's country.
* The organizer may make an additional statute for the smooth management of the exhibition.
